Each 3 Dirty Dawgz collar is handmade solely by me. Please don't let my dogs trick you into thinking they are of help to me, hijacking a ribbon and running around the house like a maniac is not my idea of help.
3 Dirty Dawgz uses only the finest and sturdiest hardware available. Each collar is made with heavyweight nylon, sturdy buckles, heavy duty
d-rings and metal adjusters. These materials are used to ensure your pooch stays safe and sound at all times.
3 Dirty Dawgz makes 2 types of collars. The first collar type is a ribbon collar and the second collar type is a
fabric collar.
 | Ribbon collars: The majority of the X-Small/Cat, Small,
Medium and Large, Medium and Large Stripes and Spring and Summer collections are ribbon collars. Ribbon collars have ribbon sewn on top of the nylon. |
 | Fabric Collars: The majority of the Valentine's Day, St. Patrick's Day, Easter, Patriotic, Halloween & Fall, X-mas and Hanukkah are fabric collars. Heavyweight nylon is sewn inside the collar for strength and durability. The outside of a fabric collar is fully covered in fabric without any nylon showing. The collar ends are stitched together to prevent the fabric from fraying. |
| A Quick Note on Our Martingale Collars: A martingale collar is also known as a safety collar or a limited slip collar. Properly fitted, the collar will be comfortably loose when not in use. When the martingale loop is pulled, the collar should be very snug, but should not constrict the airway. If properly fitted, a martingale collar is safe to wear everyday, but if used in training as an alterative to a choke chain, the martingale collar should be adjusted to fit slightly tighter for the time of supervised training only. |
